The tram access from the train station was so convenient. It only took about five minutes to walk to the hotel. i found the location in a pedestrian area great, with restaurants and bars close by. the staff were professional and cute, which i really appreciated.
the air conditioning was slightly noisy, so i had to turn it off to sleep.

the hotel is in a central location. the breakfast buffet seemed nice.
My room had no proper window, just a skylight and a ground-level opening. proper ventilation was impossible, and a claustrophobic feeling developed. also, the air conditioning was not functional. The system was set to heating even though it was warm outside.

The hotel location proves advantageous with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff assistance was amazing, especially when I needed help. I found a comfortable lobby with club chairs and sofas.
The air conditioning did not operate as desired. I found the room warm upon arrival. I needed to open a window.

I found its location is very central. It provides easy access to many attractions and good access via tram. Staff was excellent. Reception staff gave good advice on the local area. The cleaning lady was very helpful. She serviced my room each day.
The room were small and the bed also felt small to me. I even banged my nose twice while sleeping, when I turned. I am used to a big bed. I dont recommend to anyone.

The staff was helpful and polite. They were always ready to assist me. The reception staff, Camille and Celia, gave good advice about the local area. I appreciate the service provided by all staff members.

the staff was so helpful. the location was CENTRAL, near transport, restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the lovely breakfast! the bed was comfortable.
The air conditioner was very noisy. I needed to open the window. the street was noisy at night WITH loud crowds until 3 am. I could not sleep with the window open.
